Just to say how very impressed I am with the wonderful service and care extended to me last week when the Chamber car was in for repairs. The use of a courtesy car was extremely helpful and I know the advertising I provided driving 80kms a day up and down the M4 should be a bonus to you!

No way can you miss that gorgeous green. However I would have liked a little sign somewhere which said not caused by me, or not my fault, or it was the other driver’s fault! [just an ego thing].The car was absolutely spotless when I collected it, even the inside which I much appreciated for it was long overdue for such a close clean.

In fact the windscreen was so clean I only needed to use my wipers 5 times the entire length of the M4 from Mulgoa Road, to the Silverwater turn off in that terrible heavy rain last Friday afternoon. While other cars around me had their wipers going full bore I just sailed on through, almost as if I was in a protective bubble. I don’t know what you use but wow!

Anyway Kristie, well done on a great operation - your team are delightful too, seemingly aware excellence matters!

I had my car repaired with you last week. When we picked it up it looked like new and a fantastic job was done. It was a pleasure to pick it up and it had been washed and cleaned inside and out and the extra little touch of the lollies was great.

Our car ( Holden Caprice Rego ____) was involved in an accident with a motorised pushbike that ran into the side back in March 2009. We are insured with NRMA and asked for the car to be repaired with KSR. I would like to formally thank all the team at KSR for two things. Firstly the friendly and helpful staff, they made a fairly stressfull time much easier to manage and took a big load off us. Secondly, the quality of the work is second to none in our opinion. We are truly delighted with the finished repair, its looks better than new. We would also like to thank your technical staff for helping us diagnose an unrelated knocking noise coming from the LHS suspension area. Thanks again, all at KSR. We have passed these comments verbally to NRMA insurance.
